All reptiles will have eaten at least 3 meals on their own before shipment. They are guaranteed to arrive healthy with accurate feeding and shed records. All 100% hets will have a written guarantee. Pictures of the parents will also be included for animals that I have produced.

Shipping

All reptiles are guaranteed to arrive alive on the first delivery attempt. Shipping is available Mon-Wed when temperatures are not below 40 or above 90 in the shipping and receiving locations. I am not responsible for any weather related delays. Please email or call within 12 hours of delivery or the guarantee is void. No contact within 12 hours of delivery means all is well and you are happy with your shipment. Free Delivery is always available to the Cleveland Reptile show every month! Shipping is $75 and up depending on your location. All reptile sales of $800 or more ship free to the lower 48 States.

Payment Plans

Payment plans can be arranged with a 10% non-refundable or transferable deposit. 20% payment of the purchase price is due on a bi-weekly basis. The final payment will be the final 10% + shipping charges. All payments with the exception of the deposit are transferable to another reptile at any time, but cannot be refunded. After 2 missed payments, the deposit is forfeit, and the reptile is put back up for sale. The remaining balance of the payments made can be transferred to another reptile.

I accept Paypal, Certified Checks, and Postal Money Orders. Personal Checks will be accepted, but funds must clear before shipment or pick up.
